Viking Raiders is an exciting card game for 2 to 5 players in which participants take on the role of Viking chieftains. Your goal is to build the biggest navy, establish the most powerful clan and capture the most treasures. During your turn, you draw two cards to find out what activities your clan undertook while you were away as chieftain. Did they collect resources such as mining stone or gold, harvesting wood, training new Vikings or replenishing their food reserves? Sometimes they also spent time preparing actions for you by capturing a wandering berserker or planning a raid - one of their favorite activities. Maybe they even gained the favor of a Norse god or goddess? Each turn you have the opportunity to perform an action (for example, launching a raid or claiming the favor of a god) and purchase an item from the central market. You can shop with the resources in your hand, choosing between new dragon boats for your fleet, buildings for your clan, and valuable loot. Each item earns you 1 to 3 victory points, and the first player to reach a set number of points in each category wins the game. There are also four rare skills that occasionally appear on the market. And be warned: Ragnarök could happen at any time! This compact and travel-friendly game is great for casual players as well as families with children ages 9 and up.
